Burton Ray Sampson

Burton Ray Sampson, well known bluegrass banjo player, passed away on October 15, 2024, with his loving wife, Bet, at his side.

Per Burton’s wishes, there will be no services. Burton believed we preach our own funeral in the way we live and treat others as well as in our love, obedience, and service to our Heavenly Father.

The Sampson family extends their gratitude for the love and support shown to them in their time of loss. Your many prayers for them are felt and appreciated. The family ask for your understanding of their need for privacy in the coming days as they grieve the loss of Burton.
