Graveside service for Darrell Roger Fortner, age 69 of Holly Pond, will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Brooklyn Cemetery. Kenneth Little officiating.
Mr. Fortner was born in Marshall County, Ala. to Johnie and Evelyn Francis Hanson Fortner in 1947. He passed away on October 7, 2016 in Cullman County, AL.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Jereldean Smith Fortner; son, Rodger Fortner, Jr.; daughters, Kim (Gary) Cox; grandchildren, Lindsey Cox and Kristen Cox; brother Arlis Fortner; and sister Donna Dunkin.
