Dennis Wayne Moody

Dennis Wayne Moody, age 66, of Cullman, passed away Saturday, October 28, in Cullman. He was born June 7, 1951 to J.C. Moody and Onnie Mae Camp Moody.

Mr. Moody was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Mr. Moody is a retired Aeronautical Engineer and was employed with MacB Engineering. He is a veteran of both the Army and Air Force and was also a Mason where he served as a past Master. Mr. Moody was a member of Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church.

Mr. Moody is preceded in death by his parents, and brother Joseph Moody.

Mr. Moody is survived by his wife, Margaret Harris Moody; sons, Tommy (Gina) Moody and  Anthony Harris; a daughter, Candina (Scott) Casey; a brother, Billy Moody; a sister, Gwen Pearson; grandchildren, Mary Moody, Allie Moody, Andrew Casey, Shawn Casey, Jessica Nash, Mason Harris, and Morgan Harris; and great-grandchildren, Bella, Sidney, Kade, and Khonner Nash.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 31, 2017 in the Holly Pond Funeral Home Chapel, with Steve LeCroy officiating. Burial will follow in the Holly Pond Cemetery. Pallbearers are Tommy Moody, Anthony Harris, Richard Pearson, Jay Pearson, Rodney Henderson, and Daniel.

Visitation will be Monday, October 30, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Holly Pond Funeral Home.
