Dorothy Jean Harris

Funeral services for Mrs. Dorothy Jean Kilgore Harris, age 74, of Cullman will be held Saturday, August 6th, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Holly Pond Funeral Home Chapel, interment following in Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Rev. Ed Robertson officiating.  

Mrs. Harris passed away on August 4, 2016 at Hanceville Nursing Home. She was born in 1942 in Cullman Co. to John Floyd Kilgore and Velma Strong Kilgore.

She is preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Gerald Kilgore; and a sister, Montez Mickle.

Mrs. Harris is survived by her husband, McKinley L. Harris; son, Derrick Harris (Christy Frazier); daughter, Tanya (Danny) Talley; and brother, Dalton (Evelyn) Kilgore.

Visitation will be at Holly Pond Funeral Home from 12:00 Noon until time of service.
