Dorothy McCay Hill

   Mrs. Dorothy McCay Hill, age 97, of Blount County, passed away Saturday morning, September 29, 2018 in Woodland Village Nursing Home, Cullman.  She was born in Blount County, AL to Julius and Kitty Elviria Tadlock McCay.  She was a member of Nectar United Methodist Church and had worked as a seamstress at Blue Belle in Blountsville. Mrs. Hill is predeceased in death by her husband, Albert M. Hill; son, Julian Lowery Hill ; sisters, Vera Nell Bullard, Gladys Vaughn, and Lillie Belle Hill;  son-in-law, Glenn Drinkard.

 Survivors are  daughter, Mary Drinkard; grandchildren, Mike Drinkard, Ronald Drinkard, Sandy Chambers, Judy Clark, Janet Fortner and Stephanie Daniel; 10 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Fay Hill; brother, Julius S. McCay (Henrietta).
 

Family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donate to Holly Pond Cemetery or Gideon Bible.
