Frances “Elouise” Richardson, of Hanceville, Alabama, passed away on September 5, 2026, at the age of 89. Ms. Richardson was born to John Elmer “Jack” and Rosalee Duskin Powell on February 25, 1937.

Ms. Elouise is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles Richardson; son, Ricky Royce Kelley; and brother and sister-in-law, Ray and Diane Powell.

Those left to cherish the many memories of Ms. Richardson include her daughters, Michelle Kelley Willard and husband Billy, Patty Kelley Wray and husband Wayne; brother, Randall Powell; J.C. Williamson, who was family at heart; sister, Jan Sandlin; grandchildren, Michael Wray and wife Tonya, Monica Willard Salinas and husband Brandon, Austin Wray and wife Penny, Michael Willard and wife Gaby, Jesse Kelley and wife Melanie; six great-grandchildren; and five nieces and nephews.
