Garry Burgess

Garry Burgess, 60, of Gardendale passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018. Mr. Burgess was born October 26, 1957 to James and Lois Davis Burgess.

Mr. Burgess worked as a CAD drawer for many years. He was also a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother.  His will be missed by many.

Garry is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Ricky Burgess.

He is survived by his brother, Randy Burgess (Johnna); daughters, Dana Barton (Richie) and Amber Hill (Lee); grandchildren, Nathan and Hallie Barton, and Gracie, Lynlee, and Madilyn Hill; and great-grandson, Blake Barton.

Funeral services will be Saturday, June 16, 2018, at 12 noon in the Holly Pond Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Holly Pond Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family two hours prior to services on Saturday, from 10 a.m. until services begin at noon.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Garry to Holly Pond Funeral Home.
