Gary Wayne Mitchell

Gary Wayne Mitchell, 69, of Hanceville passed away Friday, June 15, 2018. He was born in Missouri on October 3, 1948, to Cordy and Martha Gregory Mitchell.

Mr. Mitchell worked as a truck driver for 30 years. He loved his family and was a devoted father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his son, Dewayne Mitchell; daughter, Cindy Mitchell Byrne, grand children, Judy Mitchell, Latishia (Gerald) Mullet, David Byrne; great-grandchildren, Mordekai Mullet, Draken Mullet, Ethen Mullet, and Brayden Byrne; and a host of brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.
