Jody Lee White, of Addison, Alabama, passed away on July 8, 2026, at the age of 61. Mr. White was born in Hammond, Indiana, on August 6, 1964, to Howard D. White and Avoline Avis Pope White.

Jody’s love for music was known by all who knew him. He was constantly singing and he enjoyed playing his guitar as well. He was also an avid movie fan. Mr. White’s love for cars kept him sharing his knowledge with those around him for hours on end. Jody loved to drive, work on, and talk about cars and he also enjoyed building models and replicas of vehicles.

Mr. White and his beloved Lillian would have been married thirty-seven years next month. Together they raised two beautiful daughters. Jody was a loving and dedicated husband and father and his legacy of self-sacrifice and devotion will be remembered by his family for generations to come.

Jody is preceded in death by his father, Howard D. White, and his brother, Mark White. Those left to cherish the many memories of Mr. White include his wife, Lillian Box White; mother, Avoline Avis Pope White; daughters, Courtney Key, and husband Andrew; Jessica White; sisters, Rebecca White, Karen Henslee; and a grandchild arriving soon.
