Junior O. "Arb" Murphree

Junior O. "Arb" Murphree, 91, of Holly Pond, Alabama, passed away on May 12, 2025, in the home in which he was born, to O.H. and Montez Duskin Murphree, on August 16, 1933.

Mr. Murphree is preceded in death by his parents; his beloved wife, Lottie Hatfield Murphree; daughter, Sandra Hartsoe; brothers, Les Murphree, and Dalton Murphree; sister, Inez Young; and granddaughter, Wendy.

Those surviving Junior includes his son, Ron Murphree (Lourdes); daughters, Sharon Branham, and Sheila Stanley (David); brother, Larry Murphree; sister, Marlene Bradford (Larry); grandchildren, Shannon, Rob, Brooke, Jacob, Zachary, and Kevin; as well as a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

The Murphree family would like to extend their gratitude to Cindy Battles for her kind and compassionate care of Mr. Murphree.
