Larry Delane Williams, of Holly Pond, Alabama, passed away on Thursday morning, June 11, 2026, at the age of 64. Mr. Williams was born in Cullman County, Alabama, on October 7, 1961, to the late Benjamin Norris and Annie Lee Jacobs Williams.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Frank Williams, Wayne Williams; sisters, Barbara Kritner, Linda Kritner; brothers-in-law, Earl Kritner, Donald Kritner, and James Kritner.

Those left to cherish the many memories of Larry includes his wife, Tracy Williams; children, Codey Delane Williams (Tabatha Collier), and Jody Lee Williams (Matt Stephens), brother, Tony Williams (Melissa); sisters, Doris Mobley (James), Peggy Beasley (Bob), Tina Kritner; sister-in-law, Barbara Williams; grandchildren, Kinslee Williams, Karlee Williams, Amber Jo Williams, Matthew Stephens, Justin Stephens, Luke Stephens, Daisy Dawson, Brantley Michael, Jackson Bradey; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and family.

Friends are invited to join the family on Monday, June 15, 2026, in the Holly Pond Funeral Home Chapel, for a time of visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will be followed by services at 11:00 a.m. Mr. Williams will be laid to rest in New Hope #2 Cemetery.
