Nina Francine Hayes

Nina Francine Hayes, 89, of Cullman, passed away on January 2, 2021. She was born May 19, 1931, in Falkville, Alabama.

Mrs. Hayes was a homemaker and she enjoyed needlepoint and well as cooking for her family. She was a member of Victory Christian Fellowship Church, in Holly Pond, and treasured her church family. Nina was a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and she enjoyed her family and any time spent with them.

Mrs. Hayes is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jerome William Hayes, Jr.; son Jerome William Hayes III; and her brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her children, Rogene Hayes, Nina Jones (Blake), Vickie Maull (Kimball); daughter-in-law, Carol Hayes; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and her pastor and his family, Jeremy, Christy, Seth, and Noah Collier.

Funeral services for Mrs. Hayes are 1 p.m., Thursday, January 7, 2021, at Victory Church, Jeremy Collier and Kenny Baskins officiating. Burial will follow in Holly Pond Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 from 6 p.m., until 8 p.m., at the funeral home.

The family would like to extend a special thank you Mrs. Hayes’ niece, Ashley Hayes, for her care and compassion as Mrs. Hayes caregiver.
