Ruth Bright

Funeral Services for Ruth Landers Bright, age 95 of Holly Pond, will be at 1 pm on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at Holly Pond Funeral Home with Floy Bradford officiating. Interment following in Eidson Chapel Cemetery.

Mrs. Bright passed away Saturday night in Cullman, Alabama. She was born in Randolph County, Alabama to Oscar D. and Dovie Skinner Landers. She worked as a seamstress and was a member of Eidson Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

Mrs. Bright is preceded in death by her husband, William C. “Bill” Bright; brothers Robert, Hoyt, Howard, Dewey, Frank, and Kenneth Landers; and sisters, Bessie White, Lovenina Snell, Mae Watson, and Charlotte Cook.

Survivors include a daughter, Faye (Rickey) Robinson; sisters, Lee McDowell and Reba Bryant; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 11 am until time of service Tuesday.
