Vicki Lynn Childers

Vicki Lynn Maddux Childers, 59, of Holly Pond, passed away on January 26, 2019. She was born April 10, 1959, to James Sr. and Margaret Callahan Maddux.

Ms. Childers was a loving person. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt. Her passing brings sorrow to many.

Vicki is preceded in death by her parents; a son Rick Childers, Jr.; and her brother, Michael Maddux.

Survivors include, sons, Travis (Amy) Childers, Rusty (Misti) Childers, Scotty Childers; brothers, John Maddux, James Jr. (Robin) Maddux; sister, Ella Jane Maddux; grandchildren, Ashleigh, Madison, and Isabella Childers, Natalie Hagel, Ty Corley, Adam Pearson; great-grandchldren, Phoenix Corley, Jaden Corley; a host of nieces and nephews; and special friend, David Helton.

A memorial service for Vicki will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2019. Friends may visit with the family an hour prior to services; from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. Services will begin at 6 p.m. in the Holly Pond Funeral Home Chapel.
