Victor Leroy Baughman, 69, of Cullman, Alabama, passed away on September 12, 2026. Born and raised in the Welti community, Victor was the son of Lyle Baughman and Bobbie Jean "Jennie" Tucker. He was a proud graduate of Holly Pond High School. A man of many trades, he was known mostly for his skilled work in HVAC and electrical services, dedicating many years to his family's business.

Beyond his work, Victor’s greatest joy was his family. He loved spending quality time with his children and grandchildren. As a true Alabamian, he was also a passionate football fan who rarely missed a game.

Victor is survived by his beloved wife, Gail Baughman; his two sons, Joshua Baughman and his wife, Paola, and Derek Baughman and his wife, Jessica; and his three cherished grandchildren, Matthew, Alexia, and Brooklyn Baughman. He was preceded in death by his father, Lyle, and his mother, Jennie.

Friends are invited to join the Baughman family for a time of visitation on Wednesday evening, September 16, 2026, in the Holly Pond Funeral Home Chapel, beginning at 6:00 p.m. and concluding at 8:00 p.m. Mr. Baughman will lie in repose on Thursday morning, September 17, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until funeral services begin at 12:00 noon. Thursday's services will be held in the funeral home chapel as well. Following services, Mr. Baughman will be laid to rest in Center Point Cemetery.
